Today was super busy, I had a policy council meeting and parent teacher conference. I honestly haven't had much to "eat" today and I am not hungry at all. I made concoction of a soup, french onion and cheddar cheese soup. It wasn't good. I am having a lot of muscle cramps. I know I am drinking a lot of water but guess I need something else. Almost there.

V8 splash and unflavored protein powder
Lunch
Water
Dinner
G2 gatorade
I guess I didn't eat anything at all.
10 days down 4 to go!!!
