Day #7

Half way mark!  Had a last minute meeting this morning, then hung out with Kristy for a bit.  I had to leave her house, cause I wasn't feeling good.  I was very nauseous, head hurt, just felt like crap lol.  I weighed myself this morning 11 pounds down since last tuesday.

Breakfast

cookies and cream protein shake with lactaid

Lunch

Pineapple smoothie with a protein scoop from Bell the Cat (wasn't impressed and it was expensive)

Dinner

Cream of Broccoli Soup (added pepper cause my smaht aunt suggested)
